Who it’s for

Eligible: people with a prior application at the Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning, or who already hold a housing land grant and wish to exchange the land for a built home.

Build a villa

A residential villa, designed and finished, priced on the built area alone, regardless of the plot size.

Example — For 250 m² of built area250 m² × 230 = 57,500 OMR

Design

Owners are free to choose a home design that suits their needs and taste, subject to a few facade guidelines — such as colour tones and window designs — in keeping with the overall identity of the plan.
