EJAAD is the developer of Tilal Al Hamra in Misfat Al Abriyeen, Wilayat Al Hamra.

The development includes delivering the services and core infrastructure: the internal road network; water, sewage and electricity networks; fibre-optic and internet services; street lighting; landscaped gardens and green areas; and two connections to the Al Misfah road.

For eligible applicants, EJAAD handles design, construction, finishing, air conditioning and the kitchen — delivering a complete home.
